What does Software Update mean?

The heat pump can update its software via a USB stick. This is used to add new features or fix issues. A new menu (menu 7) appears when a USB stick is connected.

    Ensure the USB stick contains the correct software file from NIBE.

    Navigate to Menu 7.1 on the display.

    Select 'start updating' and confirm with 'yes' if prompted.

  4. 4

    Follow the progress on the display; the unit will restart upon completion.

  5. 5

    If the update was interrupted, hold the OK button during startup until the green lamp illuminates to reset to the previous version.
