What does Low hot water temperature / lack of hot water mean?

The hot water temperature is too low, or there is no hot water available. This can be caused by various operational settings or physical blockages.

Common Causes

  • Closed or choked filling valve for the hot water heater.
  • Heat pump is in an incorrect operating mode.
  • Large hot water consumption exceeding current capacity.
  • Too low hot water temperature setting.
  • Too low or no operating prioritization of hot water.

    Check the filling valve for the hot water heater and ensure it is open.

    Verify the heat pump's operating mode. If 'manual' is selected, change it to 'addition'.

    If large hot water consumption is the issue, wait for the water to heat up. You can temporarily activate increased hot water capacity (temporary lux) in menu 2.1.

    Go to menu 2.2 and select a higher comfort mode for hot water.

  5. 5

    Access menu 4.9.1 and increase the time hot water is prioritized to ensure adequate heating.
