Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Set thermostats to maximum in as many rooms as possible. Adjust the room temperature using menu 1.1 instead of choking thermostats.

  2. 2

Check the heat pump's operating mode in menu 4.2. If 'auto' is selected, increase 'stop heating' in menu 4.9.2. If 'manual' is selected, choose 'heating'; if insufficient, select 'addition'.

  3. 3

Go to menu 1.1 (temperature) and adjust the heat curve offset. If the room temperature is only low in cold weather, adjust the curve slope in menu 1.9.1 (heating curve) upwards.

  4. 4

In menu 4.9.1, increase the time heating is prioritized.

  5. 5

Check menu 1.3.4 and ensure 'Holiday mode' is set to 'Off'.
