What does Red status lamp mean?

The heat pump has encountered a problem it cannot fix on its own. The status lamp changes from green to a continuous red, and an 'ALARM' message appears in the information window and display, often accompanied by an alarm bell icon.

   Turn the control knob and press OK to view the specific alarm type in the display's alarm menu.

   Select 'info / action' in the display to read what the alarm means and get tips on how to resolve the problem.

   Choose 'reset alarm' in the display. If the status lamp turns green, the problem is resolved.
