   Ensure the heat pump is receiving stable power.

   During the heat pump's startup process, press and hold the OK button.

   Continue holding the OK button for approximately 10 seconds until the green lamp starts to illuminate.

   Release the OK button. The heat pump will restart and reset the software to its previous version.
