F96 - Timer LED blinking due to IPM overheating

What does F96 mean?

The Intelligent Power Module (IPM) has overheated, causing the compressor to stop. The Timer LED will blink to signal this error. This happens if the IPM temperature reaches 100°C four times within 20 minutes.

  • Insufficient cooling of the IPM
