What does H16 mean?

The external unit is consuming unusually low current. This can indicate insufficient freon, a faulty current transformer circuit, or a failed IPM power module.

• Low refrigerant (freon) level.
• Open circuit in the outdoor unit's current transformer.
• Failure of the IPM power module.
• Issues with the power supply.
