F24 — Refrigeration cycle abnormality

What does F24 mean?

An abnormality has been detected within the refrigeration cycle of the unit. This error is triggered if detected 2 times within a 20-minute period.

Common Causes

  • Insufficient refrigerant.
  • Defective outdoor PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
  • Compressor low compression.
