F25 — Cooling / Heating cycle changeover abnormality

What does F25 mean?

An issue has occurred with the system's ability to switch between cooling and heating modes. This error is triggered if detected 4 times within a 30-minute period.

• Problem with the 4-way valve.
• Problem with the V-coil (solenoid valve coil) that controls the 4-way valve.

   Turn off the power supply to the unit at the main breaker and wait at least 5 minutes before restoring power.

   Attempt to switch the unit between heating and cooling modes to see if the error recurs.

   If the error persists, contact a qualified technician to inspect the 4-way valve and its V-coil.
