H20 - Water pump abnormality

What does H20 mean?

This error indicates a problem with the water pump, which circulates water through the Heat Pump system. This could be due to a malfunction or an issue with the indoor PCB.

• Water pump malfunction (e.g., seized, blocked, or electrical fault)

   Note the H20 error code displayed on the control panel.

   Turn off the power supply to the Panasonic Aquarea Heat Pump at the main circuit breaker. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then restore power.

   Check your home's water supply to ensure adequate pressure and flow to the Heat Pump system. Ensure all water valves leading to the unit are fully open.

   If the H20 error persists, contact an authorized Panasonic service technician to inspect the water pump and indoor PCB.
