H65 - Deice circulation error

What does H65 mean?

This error indicates a problem with the de-ice circulation system, which helps prevent ice buildup. This can be related to the water pump or flow switch.

• Water flow switch sensor is defective
• Water flow switch sensor is disconnected
• Water pump malfunction
• Buffer tank issue (if used)

   Note the H65 error code displayed on the control panel.

   Turn off the power supply to the Panasonic Aquarea Heat Pump at the main circuit breaker. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then restore power.

   Check the outdoor unit for any excessive ice buildup that might be preventing normal operation. Do not attempt to chip ice away manually.

   Verify that water is flowing adequately to the system and that any user-accessible water valves are fully open.

   If the H65 error persists, contact an authorized Panasonic service technician to inspect the de-ice system components.
