What does H67 mean?

This error indicates a problem with External Thermistor 1, typically a room temperature sensor for Zone 1. It might be defective or disconnected.

   Note the H67 error code displayed on the control panel.

   Turn off the power supply to the Panasonic Aquarea Heat Pump at the main circuit breaker. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then restore power.
