H90 — Indoor / outdoor abnormal communication

What does H90 mean?

The indoor and outdoor units are not communicating correctly. This issue is detected if abnormal communication occurs for more than 1 minute after starting operation.

Common Causes

  • Loose or damaged internal/external cable connections.
  • Defective indoor PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
  • Defective outdoor PCB (Printed Circuit Board).

    Turn off the power supply to the unit at the main breaker and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

    Inspect the communication cables between the indoor and outdoor units for any visible damage or loose connections.
