What does Outdoor unit stop mean?

The outdoor unit may stop operating for protection, or its heating capacity will significantly decrease if the ambient outdoor temperature falls outside the specified operating range. For heating, the minimum temperature is -20°C.

• Outdoor ambient temperature is below -20°C.
• Unit is operating in conditions it is not designed for.
