Unpair CELL 1 — Disconnect cellular phone
This menu option allows you to cancel the pairing of a cellular phone that is stored in the base unit for Cell Line 1. This disconnects the phone system from your cellular phone.
Unpair CELL 2 — Disconnect cellular phone
This menu option allows you to cancel the pairing of a cellular phone that is stored in the base unit for Cell Line 2. This disconnects the phone system from your cellular phone.
Equalizer and noise reduction features are active
Both the Equalizer and Noise Reduction features are activated simultaneously. The Equalizer clarifies voice, and Noise Reduction reduces background noise.
Answering system is in use
This icon indicates that the answering system is currently being accessed or used by another handset or the base unit.
Noise reduction feature is active
The noise reduction feature is turned on, which helps to clarify the voice of the person you are talking to by reducing background noise from their end.
Audible new message alert active
The base unit beeps twice every minute to alert you that new messages have been recorded. This alert will continue until you listen to the messages.
Cellular line is in use
This icon indicates that a cellular line is currently being used for an active call.
Cellular call on hold
This icon indicates that the cellular call is currently placed on hold.
Cellular phone connected
This icon indicates that a cellular phone is successfully connected to the base unit, ready for calls.
Alarm is active
An alarm is set and currently active on the system.
Baby monitor feature is active
The baby monitor function is currently active, with the name or number of the monitoring unit displayed.
Blocked call indicated
This icon may appear on the display when a blocked call is received or when blocking settings are being managed.
CELL indicator flashing — Ready to pair cellular phone
When the CELL indicator on the base unit flashes, it means the system is in pairing mode and ready to connect with your cellular phone via Bluetooth. This state is active for 5 minutes.
CELL indicator lights up — Cellular phone connected
When the CELL indicator on the base unit lights up, it signifies that your cellular phone is successfully connected to the base unit via Bluetooth. You can now make and receive cellular calls.
CELL indicator is turned off — Cellular phone unpaired
The CELL indicator on the base unit shows the connection status of your cellular phone. If it is off, the phone is not connected.
Incoming cellular call alert
This icon indicates that an incoming call is being received on one of the cellular lines.
Cellular phone not connected
This icon indicates that a cellular phone is not currently connected to the base unit. Cellular call features will not be available.
Pulse dialing mode selected
The phone is set to use pulse (rotary) dialing. This is for older phone lines that do not support tone dialing.
Tone dialing mode selected
The phone is set to use tone dialing, which is standard for most modern phone lines. If you have an older rotary phone line, you may need to switch this setting.
Answering system phone number setting is active
The phone is set up to notify a specific number when new messages are recorded. You can set this up to call a phonebook entry or a manually entered number.
Eco mode is active
Eco mode is enabled, which reduces power consumption. This may slightly affect performance, such as range or response time.
Equalizer is set
The equalizer feature is activated to enhance voice clarity.
Handset clarity booster is active
The clarity booster feature is automatically turned on to improve sound quality in areas with potential interference.

When you press the 'APP ALERTS' button on the base unit, the 'R' symbol appears on the display. This indicates that alerts from your cellular phone (like messages or notifications) are temporarily disabled.
Ringer volume is off
This icon indicates that the ringer volume on the handset is turned completely off. You will not hear incoming call alerts.
Speakerphone is active
The speakerphone function is currently turned on.
Landline is in use
This icon indicates that the landline is currently being used for an active call.
Landline call on hold
This icon indicates that the landline call is currently placed on hold.
Long beep heard — During remote answering system access
A long beep is heard during remote operation of the answering system. This indicates the system is ready to accept your remote access code or command.
Long beep sounds — Cellular phone paired successfully
A long beep indicates that the pairing process between your cellular phone and the base unit has been successfully completed. The corresponding CELL indicator will then light up.
