The Refrigerator or freezer is not turning on, or it is running but the temperature inside remains warm. This indicates a power supply issue or an incorrect temperature setting.

Properly plug in the power cord firmly into a wall socket.
Set the temperature control lower for the Refrigerator and freezer.
Move the Refrigerator away from direct sunlight or any heat sources.
Ensure there is at least a 2.5 inches (5 cm) gap between the Refrigerator's back/sides and walls/cabinets for proper ventilation.
Deactivate Energy Saver mode.
Do not overload the Refrigerator and ensure food is not blocking the vents.
