The ice maker is not producing ice, or production is very slow. Several factors can cause this, including recent installation, high freezer temperature, or locked dispenser controls.

• Ice maker has just been installed.
• Freezer temperature is too high.
• Dispenser panel Lock is activated.
• Ice maker is off.

   Allow at least 12 hours after installation for the Refrigerator to start making ice.

   Set the freezer temperature below 0 °F (-18 °C) or -4 °F (-20 °C) in warm ambient air.

   Deactivate the dispenser panel lock.

   Turn on the ice maker function by pressing the Ice Maker button.
