The charger is connected to the EV, but charging has not started. This usually means the connection is not fully secure or the charging sequence is incorrect.
Click steps to track your progress.
Unplug the charging connector from the EV and plug it back in firmly.
Refer to the 'Connecting the charger' section (page 26) for the correct procedure.
Ensure the EV is ready to receive a charge.
