Communication has been lost with the RFID reader. This could be due to the reader being disconnected or faulty.

Check the wiring of the RFID badge reader.
Check the status LEDs on the RFID reader.
Verify the software version in the update tab of the charging station's internet server.
Try updating the badge reader's software to the latest version.
Re-boot the charging station.
