An anti-intrusion fault has been detected on the charging station, likely due to the door being open or a faulty door contact.
Click steps to track your progress.
Check the door and the door contact.
Verify the status change of indicator lights from red to green by pressing the door contact.
Ensure the bracket is not bent.
Check the status of cables from the door contact at the bottom of the appliance.
Ensure connectors are well inserted on the electronic board.
Note: The charging station enters reset mode if you attempt troubleshooting with buttons. Do not press the green push-button.
