Check your home's internet connection and Wi-Fi router.
Restart the charging station by switching its power off and on.
Restart your Wi-Fi router and modem.
Ensure the charging station is properly connected to the network via the Wiser Home app settings.
If the problem continues, contact your installer or Schneider Electric support.
