If a charging failure is detected, charging stops. A solid red light or no light at all indicates a problem with the charging process.

Check that AC power is present.
Ensure the Power Cord is fully seated in the Charge Port.
Unplug the power cord, then remove and reseat the Battery Pack(s).
If the problem persists, contact an Authorized Segway Dealer or Distributor.
