What does Water only, no coffee mean?

The coffee machine is dispensing only hot water instead of brewing coffee. This can be caused by problems with the bean supply, the grinder, or the brewing unit.

  • Empty coffee bean container not detected
  • Coffee shaft on brewing unit is blocked
  • Beans are too oily and not feeding into the grinder
  • Brewing unit is not inserted properly

    Clean the brewing unit thoroughly to remove any blockages or residues.

    Gently tap the bean container to help oily beans fall into the grinder, or change to a less oily coffee variety.

    Check if the brewing unit is inserted correctly and securely locked, then push the red lever up to the left and insert the brewing unit cover.
