F7452: Following error out of tolerance; F7011/A7012: Motor overload

What does F7452 / F7011 / A7012 mean?

This fault indicates that the motor is under an overload condition or its following error is beyond acceptable limits. This can happen during cutting operations or axis movements.

• Cutting load is too high
• Spindle stops while the axes are still moving
• Counter balance for Z-axis is too light or pressure is low (milling machine)
• Loose encoder cable
