    Press and hold down the designated key on the PPU while simultaneously pressing the axis traversing key to move the feed axis in the opposite direction.

    Continue moving the axis away from the hardware limit switch until the alarm clears.

  3. 3

    If the fault still exists after clearing the alarm, check the hardware limit switches on the machine; verify their connection with a multimeter and check for damage.
