Common Causes

  • Connection cable between the MCP and the PPU is not in good condition or improperly connected
  • PPU interface X30 or MCP interface X10 is damaged or subject to bad contact
  • PLC program fault
  • Damaged PPU or MCP

Repair Steps & Checklist

Click steps to track your progress.

  1. 1

Check whether the connection cable between the MCP and the PPU is in good condition and properly connected. Try verifying with a new cable.

  2. 2

Check whether the PPU interface X30 or the MCP interface X10 is damaged or has bad contact. Try verifying with a new cable.

  3. 3

Check the PLC programs, as a PLC program fault can also cause all the status LEDs on the MCP to flash.

  4. 4

If the fault still exists after these operations, professional replacement and maintenance of the PPU or MCP are necessary.
