REL_INV_OPEN / REL_GRID_OPEN — Grid relay failed to open

What does REL_INV_OPEN / REL_GRID_OPEN mean?

The inverter checks the internal relays that connect it to the grid. If these relays fail to open properly, the inverter will not connect to the grid for safety reasons and will display this message.

   If this fault message is displayed repeatedly, it means the inverter operation is permanently disabled.

   If the inverter is equipped with a communication interface, your installer can attempt to rectify the fault using a communication product.
