What does Red and Yellow LEDs combined mean?

When both the red and yellow LEDs are lit simultaneously, it signifies that the inverter has detected a ground fault within the PV system. The inverter will not restart automatically until the fault is resolved and the inverter is manually reset.

   Locate and clear the ground fault in the PV array.

   Switch off the external DC disconnect for the Sunny Boy.

   Switch off the main AC circuit breaker for the Sunny Boy.

   Wait a few minutes for the system to discharge.

   Turn on the main AC circuit breaker, then turn on the external DC disconnect.
