A solid red LED along with event numbers 3501, 3601, or 3701 on the user interface indicates a ground fault in your PV system. This means the electrical insulation from the PV system to the ground is either defective or insufficient, posing a significant safety risk.

   For your safety, immediately disconnect the inverter and battery from all voltage sources and ensure they cannot be reconnected.

   Only touch the cables of the PV modules by their insulation and strictly avoid touching any parts of the PV array's substructure or frame.

   Have a qualified electrician or service technician check the PV system for ground faults using a suitable insulation resistance measuring device.
