What does 8503 mean?

The inverter's self-diagnosis has detected an issue with DC input C, indicating a possible problem with the connected string.

• No string is connected to input C, but the inverter expects one.
• A string connected to input C is inoperable or damaged (e.g., cable break).
• The string-failure detection needs to be reset if a string was previously connected but is no longer used.
