What does Water not draining mean?

After a wash cycle, water remains in the bottom of the Dishwasher and is not being Pumpd out. This usually indicates a blockage somewhere in the drain system or a problem with the pump.

Common Causes

  • Kink in the drain hose
  • Dishwasher filter is clogged with food particles or debris
  • Kitchen sink (which may share the same drainage system) is clogged
