The Wall Connector has no lights on, indicating a problem with the power supply. Charging is not possible until this is resolved.

Check that the circuit breaker for the Wall Connector is switched on.
If the breaker is on, have an electrician verify voltage is present at the Wall Connector's terminal block.
Record voltage readings (L1 to L2/N, L1 to Ground, L2/N to Ground) for an electrician.
