Red LED solid — Automatic recovery failed

What does Red LED solid mean?

This status appears after the Wall Connector has tried to automatically recover from a residual current fault four times without success. Power is removed, and no further charging attempts are made.

• Repeated residual current faults.
• Persistent ground fault.

   Turn off the Wall Connector using the upstream circuit breaker.

   Wait 15 minutes for potential internal reset.

   Turn the circuit breaker back on.

   If the red light remains, contact Tesla support.
