Two red blinks — Earth assurance fault, high earth resistance detected, charging disabled

What does Two (2) red blinks mean?

The Wall Connector continuously checks for a safe earth connection. If high resistance is detected, it will lock out charging and display an error code of two red blinks.

• High impedance detected in the earth conductor.
• Improper earthing setup in the installation.
• Earthing system configured incorrectly for TT or IT grids.

   Verify the Wall Connector is properly connected to earth.

   Ensure the earth connection is bonded correctly in the upstream power supply.

   Check all physical connections, including terminals and junction boxes.

   If charging on a TT or IT grid, check the ground monitor settings.
