Two red blinks indicate a ground assurance fault, meaning high resistance was detected in the ground connection, which has disabled charging.

• Wall Connector is not properly grounded
• Ground connection not bonded in the upstream power supply
• Loose physical connections at wirebox terminals, electrical panel(s), or junction boxes
• Issue with the bond between ground and neutral at the main panel
