F.01 - Return temperature sensor interruption

What does F.01 mean?

There is an interruption in the circuit of the return temperature sensor (NTC). This could be due to a loose plug, a faulty connection on the PCB, or a damaged cable.

Common Causes

  • NTC plug not plugged in or has come loose.
  • Multiple plug on the PCB not plugged in correctly.
  • Interruption in the cable harness.
  • The NTC sensor itself is defective.

    Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

  2. 2

    Contact customer service. This fault indicates an interruption in the return temperature sensor circuit.

  3. 3

    A qualified technician will need to check the NTC plug, PCB connections, and the cable harness for interruptions or a defective sensor.
