F.32 - Fan fault

What does F.32 mean?

There is a fault with the boiler's fan. This could be due to loose electrical connections, a blocked fan, or a defective fan component like the Hall sensor.

Common Causes

  • Plug on the fan is not correctly plugged in.
  • Multiple plug on the PCB is not correctly plugged in.
  • Break in the cable harness.
  • The fan is blocked, the Hall sensor is defective, or the electronics are defective.

    Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

    Listen carefully for any unusual noises coming from the fan area that might suggest it is blocked or struggling.

    Contact customer service. This fault indicates an issue with the fan, its electrical connections, or the fan's Hall sensor.

  4. 4

    A qualified technician will need to inspect the fan and its associated wiring and components.
