F.52 - Mass flow sensor/Venturi contact fault

What does F.52 mean?

The mass flow sensor or Venturi component is not electrically connected correctly. This can prevent proper operation.

• The plug for the mass flow sensor/Venturi is not plugged in correctly or is loose.
• The plug itself or its slot on the boiler is defective.
• The mass flow sensor/Venturi component is defective.

   Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

   Check the electrical plug connection for the mass flow sensor/Venturi. Ensure it is fully and correctly inserted.

   Inspect the plug and its slot for any visible signs of damage or loose connections.

   If the fault persists, contact customer service as the sensor, plug, or slot may be defective and require replacement.
