F.64 - Electronics/NTC fault (short circuit)

What does F.64 mean?

There is a short circuit in either the flow or return NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) temperature sensor circuit, or a general electronics defect.

Common Causes

  • The flow or return NTC sensor is short-circuited.
  • The boiler's internal electronics are defective.

    Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

  2. 2

    Contact customer service. This fault suggests a short circuit in a temperature sensor or a defect in the main electronics.

  3. 3

    A qualified technician will need to check the NTC sensors and the main PCB for faults and correct wiring.
