F.74 - Water pressure sensor signal too high

What does F.74 mean?

The water pressure sensor is sending a signal that is too high or outside the correct range. This could be due to a short circuit in the wiring or an internal sensor fault.

Common Causes

  • The line to the water pressure sensor has a short circuit to 5 V/24 V.
  • Internal fault within the water pressure sensor itself.

    Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

  2. 2

    Contact customer service. This fault indicates the water pressure sensor signal is too high, possibly due to a short circuit in its wiring or an internal sensor fault.

    A qualified technician will need to diagnose the sensor and its electrical connections.
