F.90 - Communication with actoSTOR module interrupted

What does F.90 mean?

Communication between the main boiler product and the actoSTOR module has been interrupted. This can be due to wiring issues or incorrect settings if no actoSTOR module is present.

Common Causes

  • Problem with the cable harness connecting the product to the actoSTOR module (PEBus).
  • Product is to be operated without an actoSTOR module, but diagnostic code D.092 is not set to 0.

    Press the reset button on the boiler display up to three times to try and clear the fault.

  2. 2

    If an actoSTOR module is installed, check the cable harness (PEBus) connecting it to the boiler for loose connections or damage.

  3. 3

    If the boiler is NOT intended to operate with an actoSTOR module, contact a technician to ensure diagnostic code D.092 is correctly set to 0.

  4. 4

    If the fault persists, contact customer service.
