What does Installation Assistant Active mean?

When the product is first switched on or the installation assistant is restarted, it will run through initial setup steps. During this time, all requests for heating and hot water will be temporarily stopped. This is normal operation.

  • The boiler is undergoing its initial setup.
  • The installation assistant has been reactivated.
