What does Blinking icons and activated countdown timer mean?

When you initiate a shutdown, the grill display will show blinking icons and a countdown timer. This indicates the grill is actively clearing the burn pot of remaining pellets and ashes to prepare for the next cook.

   Do not unplug the grill until the countdown is finished and the grill has cooled.
