When attempting to activate the Service Diagnostic mode, the console's indicators and display do not illuminate. This suggests an issue with the user interface buttons or the main control itself.

• A selected button is faulty and cannot change function.
• The user interface (UI) has a fault.
• The main control board has a fault.
