F0E2 — Excessive suds detected (Oversuds)

What does F0E2 mean?

The washer/dryer has detected too many suds. It will attempt to reduce the suds level, but if unsuccessful, it indicates a problem with detergent usage or water level sensing.

• Not using High-Efficiency (HE) detergent
• Using too much detergent for the load size or water hardness
• Pressure hose connection from the tub to the main control is pinched, kinked, plugged, or leaking air

   Always use only High-Efficiency (HE) detergent, as indicated on the detergent packaging.

   Reduce the amount of detergent used in future cycles, especially for smaller loads or soft water.

   Check that the pressure hose at the back of the washer is not visibly kinked or obstructed.

   If the issue persists after these steps, contact customer service for further diagnosis.
