What does 3-2 mean?

There is a short circuit or component in the temperature sensing circuit. This can also occur if the incoming water temperature is too high.

Common Causes

  • Incoming water temperature above 167°F (75°C)
  • Shorted connection or component in the Temperature Sensing circuit
  • Shorted or faulty temperature sensor
  • Issue with the temperature sensor input on the control
