What does Clicking / Metallic noises mean?

The washer is making clicking or metallic sounds, which can be normal at certain stages or indicate foreign objects caught in the system.

• The door locking or unlocking mechanism operating (this is normal).
• Loose objects like coins, keys, or buttons caught in the washer's drain system.
• Metal items on clothing, such as snaps, buckles, or zippers, touching against the stainless steel drum (this is normal).
