F2E1 — Stuck Key on User Interface

What does F2E1 mean?

One or more keys on the washer's user interface have been actuated (pressed) for 15 consecutive seconds, indicating a possible stuck button.

• A physical button on the control panel is stuck in the pressed position.
• Moisture or debris on the control panel surface interfering with button function.
• Internal console fault.

   Inspect all buttons on the control panel to ensure none are physically stuck or jammed.

   Clean the control panel surface carefully to remove any debris or moisture that might be interfering with the buttons.

   Unplug the washer from the wall outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in to reset the control system.
