What does F9 E1 / F09 E01 mean?

This error signifies a problem with the washer's drain pump system, often related to improper drain hose installation or blockages preventing proper water drainage.

• The top of the drain pipe is installed too low (should be at least 39 inches above the floor).
• The drain hose extends too far (more than 4 1/2 inches) into the standpipe.
• The drain hose is kinked, pinched, or blocked.
• Clogs are present within the drain hose.
• The drain hose is not securely attached to the drainpipe or laundry tub.
• The drain hose end is too high (higher than 96 inches above the floor).
