What does No LEDs On - Diagnostic Entry mean?

When attempting to enter the service diagnostic test modes, none of the status LEDs illuminate, indicating the activation sequence was not correctly entered or there is a problem with the control.

• Incorrect diagnostic activation sequence.
• Rotating the cycle selector knob too fast or too slow during the sequence.
• Main control malfunction.

   Ensure the washer is in standby mode (plugged in with all indicators off) and wait 10 seconds after initial power before attempting to activate diagnostic modes.

   Press the START button. If indicators come on, repeat the diagnostic activation steps carefully.

   When repeating the activation sequence, ensure the cycle selector knob is rotated precisely and the sequence 'a' through 'e' is completed within 6 seconds.
